Heuvos Rancheros with Sour Cream Sauce

In celebration of the Mexican Declaration of Independence signed this day in history.

Sour Cream Sauce

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 Tb flour
  • a couple shots of hot sauce
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 8 oz sour cream

Mix all but the sour cream in a sauce pan until it reaches a simmer. Turn off heat and add sour cream until smooth.
