Hey,

Excellent job! I am about to take my first sip of the Green Egg Cool Aid and need to build a table. Problem is, I can’t find Oak 2X4s. I live in Metro Atlanta and the lumber industry here is all but gone. Neither the orange nor the blue guys sell oak 2×4s although they do sell the 1X4s. Any suggestions as to how I can get ahold of oak 2X4s would be appreciated.

Todd: I’ve been looking for a BGE table to build for some time so it was more than a great discovery to find yours. Hope it’s not too late to get measurements/dimensions (and any other building hints) of your table. Regards - RockB (in Colorado)
