Boone County Fair - Columbia, MO

This weekend I cooked with my friend Andy Groneman of Smoke on Wheels BBQ and HoDeDo’s BBQ. We entered as my team, Pork Pullin Plowboys. Andy cooked the chicken (2nd place) and ribs. I cooked pork (4th place) and brisket. Our entries were strong enough to put us in the top ten at 8th place. This is the fourth top ten finish Pork Pullin Plowboys has had this year in KCBS santioned contests. It is also the 4th top five finish in pork.
