Our own Plowboys BBQ Yardbird Rub is now for sale. This is the same competition rub used by us on chicken. It has helped us win several top 10 finishes in chicken including a 1st place the very first time we used the rub. Plowboys BBQ Yardbird Rub earned a 2nd place chicken finish at the 2006 Missouri State Fair.
